The evolution of the Hug and Kiss Designs office! Thankfully I’ve snapped some photos of my offices along this journey of mine. ☺️

2007 – I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment with my boyfriend (now husband) and our roommate. My office was a corner of our bedroom and I stored product in our closet.

2009 – We got married, our roommate moved out, and so Hug and Kiss took over the 2nd bedroom of that apartment.

2010 – We bought a 3 bedroom townhouse in 2009 and Hug and Kiss took over 1 of the bedrooms. I bought that mug from my neighbour at the One of a Kind Show and I still use it everyday!

2011 – I got busy enough to hire an employee, so I moved my computer into a separate space and kept production in that original bedroom.

2013-2022 – In 2013 I became pregnant and our daughter needed a nursery, so we renovated the first floor of our townhouse to become the Hug and Kiss headquarters. I operated out of that space until we sold the townhouse in 2022.

2022 – All moved out of the townhouse and into a small ass apartment. We lived here while we built our dream home. There don’t seem to be any photos of the apartment office other than this one with a cat, but I can tell you – it was tiny, so most of my Hug and Kiss stuff was in storage.

2023 – The future home of Hug and Kiss is under construction!

2024 – The new office is completed and we’ve officially moved in!
